Job Description

We are looking for a creative UI/UX designer (Product & Web) with h2 motivation to create inspiring products and websites, to develop the way we work, and to push boundaries for new kinds of user interfaces.

Requirements:

Your Mission

Join our team of communication strategists, copywriters, service innovators and brand designers, and help create corporate websites, creative campaign concepts and tools that users love.
You'll work on concepts and designs for prototypes and iterate them until final implementation, whether it be for websites or other user interfaces.
You'll be involved in user tests, coordinate with developers and take responsibility for your solutions towards our clients in workshops, meetings and presentations.

Your Profile

A passion for UI design, contemporary typography, interaction design, novel user interfaces and technological trends.
Excellent visual design skills and experience in implementation within branding/CI guidelines.
The desire to understand the big picture and translate your vision into usercentric interaction design.
Handson experience in daytoday design work and collaboration with developers.
Excellent software skills with Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
Experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes using programs such as Adobe XD or Figma.
Good organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Fluency in written and spoken German and/or English.

Bonus Skills

Interest in motion design and/or ability to render complex UI animations using programs such as Adobe After Effects.
Basic knowledge & good understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UIoriented libraries) and technology standards (W3C, accessibility).
Understanding of content management systems and search engine optimization principles.
