ASAP
Duration: 1 year (with option)
Type:
Freelancer / Full-time / Part-time
Working hours:
Full-time Mon-Fri 40 hrs/week
Tasks:
- Analysis and rectification of faults in the customer's IT
- Installation of PCs, laptops, printers and other peripherals
- Technical support during commissioning
- Experience in hardware management
- Service Support
- Active Directory
- Windows ticket system
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT support (first level support or onsite support)
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to focus on the needs of users
- Friendly demeanor
