- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services tailored to the Central and Eastern European market.
- Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting to maximize profitability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles
- Extensive knowledge of the Central and Eastern European market, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative business strategies.
- Fluency in German, English, and additional languages spoken in Eastern Europe preferred.
- Based in Germany or Switzerland
