Beschreibung
Your role- Assist with drafting job descriptions and publishing them on various platforms- Manage applicant tracking system (Workday)Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or an HRIS tool would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Fluency in English is a must have
