In your new role you will be part of a young & dynamic team.

We administer all global equity-oriented compensation and participation programs for our customers Siemens, Siemens Healthineers and Siemens Energy and thus support approximately 300,000 employees worldwide.

We cover all related service areas such as data administration, share allocation, employee communication, and tax & payroll.

What part will you play?

You will support our global team in the management and processing of employee stock option and compensation programs for our customers Siemens, Siemens Healthineers & Siemens Energy and will be involved in key processes with your own responsibility
You are the interface to our international teams and support us in planning and managing global employee communications and answering employee inquiries independently
You will be involved in the preparation of presentations and projects on various topics in the area of participation and compensation programs
You can fully contribute your skills to the identification and elaboration of optimization potentials for an efficient and lean administration of the employee share and compensation programs

Use your skills to move the world forward.

You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Informatics or a similar course at a university
You also have some practical experience in the business world (internships, student jobs or vocational training). Ideally, you have already gained some experience in an international cooperation
You enjoy tasks in the area of communication
Personally, you convince us with a high level of initiative, analytical thinking as well as a structured, resultoriented and independent way of working
You are proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
It is clear that you can communicate fluently in English
There is the possibility of a home office arrangement
