Your Responsibilities


The Securities Operations division is responsible for the securities settlement of Raisin Bank AG at the Munich and Frankfurt locations together with our service providers.

The main focus is on the settlement of ETFs, funds and, in the future, other financial instruments such as shares.

As a permanent part of the team you will support the following tasks:

  • You support the further development of efficient processes and the management of interfaces to other departments and service providers.
  • You are part of the project team that deals with the expansion of the securities business for the bank.
  • You take on tasks in the daytoday business, including the management, disposition and reconciliation of nostro and clearing accounts.
  • You monitor the processes in accordance with the specifications of the internal control systems (ICS).
  • You also monitor processes that are reportable to superiors and must be processed in compliance with the time requirements (escalation).
  • You are responsible for the written order and regulatory documentation.
  • You take over complaints within the scope of customer transactions in 2nd level support.
  • You process discounts and custody account transfers.
  • In the event of major disruptions and escalations, you communicate accordingly within the bank and to service providers.
Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in the field of economics and/or a commercial apprenticeship.
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of securities processing.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the relevant regulations are a plus.
  • You have experience in project work and enjoy developing new products and services.
  • You are ITsavvy and confident in using Google Workspace.
  • You are a team player, flexible and have strong communication skills.
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German; your English skills are good.
  • Due to your careful and efficient way of working, you ensure optimal processing of the tasks in your area of responsibility.
