Team / division overview


We have an exciting newly created position available within the Global Early careers team to support the delivery of an insourced global Early Careers recruitment process as well as Early careers programme delivery.

The Early careers coordinator will report to Global Head of Early Careers and be an integral part of the future of Early Careers with DWS.

This role offers a hybrid working option, promotes new ideas and encourages ownership of tasks and projects with the prospect of becoming a global early careers expert.


As a/an HR Product specialist - Global Early Careers Specialist
you will (be):

  • Working closely with Vendor and internal DWS EC team to support global recruitment coordination, lining up of interviews and assessment centres for each recruitment cycle
  • Support administration of onboarding and contract requests for all new EC joiners
  • Build effective relationships with business stakeholders, specifically to support building link between DWS and future vendor embedding into organisation
  • Global involvement in preparation for Internship programme & graduate programme delivery such as agenda creation/material design/tracking & analysis of efforts
  • Develop expertise in Early careers including but not limited to: Apprenticeships/Dual students/Internships/Graduate programmes including regional differentiations
  • Support the Early Careers programme Manage/ Global Head of EC on specific agenda creations, taking of and distribution of meeting minutes
  • Manage all future Early Careers event logistics including communication with universities/vendors/facilitators and attendees and take charge of booking/organising/tracking of ROI
  • Support with planning, organisation, and delivery of on campus initiatives and Events for DWS early careers
  • Support with planning, organisation, and delivery of global orientation for DWS graduate class
  • Support with all activities linked to the future insourcing project of Early careers into DWS
  • Maintaining of the DWS Early Careers inbox
  • Work within a global team to support the global enhancements of the DWS Early careers offering

We are looking for

  • Reliable, committed and able to perform duties involving confidential and sensitive information as well as maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Quick thinker and comfortable problem solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manor by taking ownership and accountability
  • Communication skills both written and verbal in both, English and German, with internal and external partners
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Good analytical skills, accuracy, and ability to monitor work for quality

  • Knowledge of workday
  • Knowledge of German regulatory employment requirements

  • Effektiver Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Geschäftsinteressenten, insbesondere um den Aufbau einer Verbindung zwischen DWS und der Einbettung zukünftiger Mitarbeitern die Organisation zu unterstützen
  • Operative Unterstützung in Bezug auf die Gestaltung/Entwicklung von Begleitmaterial/Kandidatenantworten /interne und externe Kommunikation/Verfolgung und Analyse von DE&I-Initiativen und ROI/Mitbewerber Research/Programm und Absolvent Leistungsverfolgung/Pflege der Bewertungsformulare/Analyse der Rekrutierung und des Programm-ROI
