Informatics Customer Education Specialist to be based in the region around

Frankfurt am Main (Hessen), Germany. You will be joining the customer success team, helping to deepen its strategic and supportive role in Germany.

In this role, you will focus on the delivery of trainings to our valuable clients.

You will demonstrate a clear grasp of the customers' business and an ability to bring that knowledge into a solution with a primary aim of bringing "customer success".

This position brings a great degree of flexibility between working (partially remote) in the field (75%) and working home-based (25%).

The position can be fulfilled from any location close to Eschborn (Germany) - 30 minutes by car.

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver customer training for different audiences (from starters to experienced users)
  • Deliver data integrity and compliance services.
  • Maintain contact and ensure follow up on all customer projects.
  • Develop the training business by improving efficiency.
  • Contribute to the success of the Waters customers
  • Regularly communicate within the team concerning lessons learned
  • Ensure compliance in performing the training as required by the training procedure
  • Complement learning resources for facetoface training and remote/elearning

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor/master's degree in sciences or equivalent experience.


Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, training, or consultancy role.

Knowledge of any Waters informatics product is an advantage but certainly not a requirement for this role.


Competencies:


  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in
    German and English.
  • Knowledge of another European language (French, Spanish...) is desired but not essential.
  • Strong team player and selfstarter.
  • Excellent organization of time and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and Stakeholders.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Autonomy in remote working (home based) but should be available for faceface training in the Eschborn office.

Travel:

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, within Germany.
