- Du trägst für die Bereitstellung und Weiterentwicklung von zentral angebotenen Business Applikationen zur konzernweiten Nutzung im Rahmen der Betriebsmodelle "Business Core Services", "Platform Applications" und "Managed Services" die Gesamtverantwortung
- Du hast die disziplinarische Leitung der Abteilung Central Business Applications in der NETZSCH Business Services GmbH
- Bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen aus der IT-Strategie bzw. auf Basis von geschäftsprozessgetriebenen Anforderungen wirkst Du aktiv mit
- Als Mitglied im Management-Board gestaltest Du zudem die NETZSCH Business Services GmbH mit
- Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört des Weiteren die Bewertung und Beurteilung eingehender Anfragen (Demands) unserer internen Kunden aus den Geschäftsbereichen und des Corporate Centers
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und hast bereits mindestens ein Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion in einem vergleichbaren Unternehmensumfeld
- Der Fokus deiner nachgewiesenen Führungserfahrung lag vorrangig auf Mitarbeiter-, Team- sowie Führungskräfteentwicklung, idealerweise auch in Bezug auf die Führung mehrerer Teams
- Du besitzt grundlegende Kenntnisse typischer E2E-Geschäftsprozesse
- Ausgeprägte Entscheidungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ein hohes Maß Eigeninitiative zeichnen deine Persönlichkeit aus
- Außerdem besitzt Du analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Probleme zu identifizieren, Lösungsansätze zu finden und diese umzusetzen
