We are currently looking for a German and English speaker to join a growing team based in Frankfurt.

Our client is well known in the Merger and Acquisition industry and currently looking to expand their customer service team.

That's where you come in as the new German and English speaking Customer Service Agent.


Your responsibility will include:

• Assist customers in the setup and configuration of projects and features within our clients products
• Handle all service requests and communications in Salesforce
• Act as a mediator between the clients and internal stakeholders

About you:

You are both a good listener and a good communicator who likes to solve any issue a client may have.

You also currently live in the greater Frankfurt area and are ready to start on short notice. You will be joining an international and fast-paced working environment. You have strong technical aptitude and learning agility and preferably 1-3 years previous experience in a client service or product support environment


Profile:

• Required to be fluent in German (C2level) and English (C1level or higher), both written and spoken
• Currently living preferably in the greater Frankfurt area
• Very strong administrative and communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service or in a similar role is a plus
• Available to start as soon as possible
