THE ROLE & THE TEAM:

As a Team Lead Finance Business Partner you are part of the Business Finance Organization and act as a co-pilot to the 'Zalando-Lounge' business.

Moreover you will play a key role in creating transparency on financial KPIs and their levers to influence them.

If you are a proactive business partner with a profound finance and project management background who is eager to improve business processes and performance, this is the perfect role for you.

You'll collaborate closely with the business, challenge and influence their decisions to identify challenges, and implement best practices to drive value and our long-term growth
You'll actively participate in or manage projects to ensure we are taking the right decisions in our business and to strive to constantly improve our financial tools to make better and faster decisions
You act as a co-pilot to the business and live up to the mindset of high challenge and high support
You analyze financial statement and tell the story behind the numbers to drive actions across the business

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF:

You hold a degree (Master, MBA) in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or its equivalent and you have gained +7 years experiences in a related field
You are an experience team lead who is passionate about the development of talents
You come with a proactive, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, develop analytical frameworks and solve problems quickly
You have great analytical skills to deliver a strong data-driven performance: You are an expert in Excel/ Google Sheets. SQL, Python, SAC or Tableau skills are a plus
You are keen to learn and are looking to work in a fast-paced multinational environment
You are fluent in English
