For the ITIS-Finance division at the Altheim site, we are looking for the next possible opportunity for an Accountant (M/F/d)
Tasks - What can you expect?
Accounting:
Recording and posting of customer and supplier invoices
Posting of incoming payments and bank account transactions
Asset accounting
Account reconciliation and control
Preparation of monthly financial statements
Collaboration in the preparation of the annual financial statements
Preparation of customer reminders
Preparation of travel expense reports.
General office duties:
Maintaining a cash register
Communication / cooperation with financial accounting and payroll
Scanning of all transactions as well as electronic filing
Profil - What do you bring?
Successfully completed studies or vocational training in the commercial field
Desirable first professional experience in the accounting department of an IT or industrial company
Confident and friendly demeanor
Independent work
Secure IT skills
Experience with the ERP system odoo desirable
