What the job looks like
Each day you ́ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

Ensuring effective and efficient Quality operations in compliance with legal requirements, standard operating procedures on health and safety at work as well as environmental protection
Driving improvement projects, change programs and Quality Excellence
Managing and coordinating activities incl. investigations, risk evaluations, CAPA definition and implementation related to nonconformances like deviations, complaints, market recalls in collaboration with other departments

What you ́ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

University degree in natural sciences
First years of leadership experience
Very good understanding of Quality Management in Pharma environment and knowledge of applicable regulations and guidelines
Experience in successfully realizing process improvements and driving Quality Excellence in crossfunctional teams
Businessfluent English skills, German skills helpfull
Strategic and analytical thinking as well as excellent stakeholder management & networking skills
