You will be working with an experienced team, who will help you to learn and grow.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

Gain In-depth knowledge of the insurance business through on-the-job development including:
Active support in the daytoday business of the various departments could be Underwriting, IT, Finance, or Operations
Accompanying the processes in the corporate insurance lifecycle such as contract processing and analysis
Provide financial analyses and assessments of the financial performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations
Preparation, participation, and followup of appointments with customers/brokers/internal interface partners
Participation in negotiations and presentations
Supervision of international insurance programs including implementation in our Allianz network
Exchange and information transfer to foreign interface partners
Begin an exciting career with a leading global corporate insurance carrier

What You'll Bring to the Role- Completion of a university degree or post-graduate study- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain personal relationships with colleagues, peers, managers and customers- Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills, as well as the ability to grasp and solve complex issues and present solutions to others effectively- Curious and creative mindset and a willingness to learn- Excellent computer skills, including MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Fluency in business English and German, and additional languages are an advantage- Open to travel to other countries within Europe

Working hours: 38 hours/week
Based in Munich
