These tasks await you at:
As a working student in the interior design department of a coworking space, you will significantly support the project manager in planning, implementing, and designing the new office space. You will work closely with the project management and the management.
- Project Management: Supporting the coordination and monitoring of the construction project
- Collaboration with Service Providers: Communicating with and coordinating craftsmen (drywall installers, electricians, etc.) and suppliers
- Space Design: Assisting in the planning and design of interior spaces
- Other Assistance & On-Site Support

This position offers you the opportunity to gain practical experience in project management and interior design.

What you bring to the table:

- Current Studies: Enrolled in a course focusing on e.g. civil engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Interest in Manual Work or possibly previous experience in implementing manual projects
- Hands-on Mentality: You stand out for your proactive, solution-oriented approach and are ready to jump right in. You are not only strong in planning and conceptualization but also in actively participating in project implementation. Your willingness to think outside the box, take on practical challenges, and deliver high-quality work under time pressure makes you an essential member of our team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently plan and coordinate projects.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in German and ideally in English to effectively collaborate with project management, service providers, and management.
- Team Player

Other Requirements:

- Availability for a fixed number of hours per week
- Prior manual work experience is a big plus (e.g. carpentry, etc.)
- Advantageous: Driver's license Class B
