This leadership role is responsible for managing and accelerating the franchise development in Germany via ensuring smooth translation of BP strategies into execution plans with clear KBIs, joint routines and integrated roadmap:


What You'll Do for Us:


Operationalize the plan

  • Work with GM, Marketing and bottler to ensure that the plans can deliver and are delivering required results to achieve or exceed BP targets.
  • Ensure that all initiatives activated in Germany are fully optimized, leveraging best practice execution and instore activation, and maximizing the opportunity.
  • Ensure that all initiatives achieve the specified KPIs, working closely with involved functions and bottler.
  • Define with GM, Marketing, bottler incremental initiatives (if required) to address risks to plan and secure associated resources.
  • Lead execution of integrated consumer, shopper and commercial plans based on BP/System mitigation/acceleration agreement collaborating with System partners
  • Provide valueadded consumer/ shopper, trade, competition and general country information (media scene, etc).
  • Support actions that drive the health of the country P&L understand how the system P&L works and how it can be influenced.
  • Ensure optimized routines are in place at a local level that will enable efficient and fast decisionmaking to drive forward the plan. Lead routines as needed.

Identify Opportunities & Implement them

  • Identify incremental revenue & volume, channel/customer opportunities (by country, by brand, by channel by package, by consumption occasion, by beverage category) that will enable the business to grow ahead of market and competition in the short or longer term.
  • Solving for gaps, or stretch opportunities, in plans to deliver BP, by solving for portfolio choices x environment and activation
  • Work with networked resources (RGM, Marketing, Ecommerce, etc.) and CCEP to develop and implement programs that capitalize on identified opportunities, including definition of clear KPIs.
  • In charge of understanding full competitive landscape having full overview & implications for us and our system in the short and longer term.

Lead Strategic Projects

  • Drive and own key projects of system from TCCC side that have big impact for today or tomorrow (tax implementation plans, new RTM, models, etc )
  • Define opportunities for segmented execution and collaborate with the bottler on developing plans that capture this incremental revenue and profit opportunity, at the channel/environment level.

Qualification & Requirements:


  • Business and/or functional experience in Operations & Commercial
  • Proven track record of successfully working with a bottler
  • Commercial knowledge at a managerial level (shopper marketing, channel strategy, customer management, negotiations and local market understanding)
  • Marketing skills: knowledge of brand strategy, consumer communication and marketing plans
  • Proven experience at managing complex and challenging projects
  • Significant experience at managing franchise relationships
  • Must have strong ability to identify patterns from data and to identify drivers and conclusions.
  • Must have solid understanding of portfolio management, identification of opportunities for growth & priority setting within expanded framework of responsibilities
  • Must have strong ability to transfer strategies into execution plans
  • Must assess local external business environment (government regulation, taxes, inflation, devaluation, political instability, competition and advise action plans)
  • Sets an example for TCCC leadership values
  • Adapts and lives in the networked way of working mindset with full collaboration
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; influential skills
  • Ability to build and leverage relationships with key business partners, comfortable in working with senior leaders
  • Ability to understand complex challenges & linkages and articulates into plans to drive results
  • Ideally good cultural understanding of German speaking/ central European environment
