Senior Scientist Bioanalytics (M/F/x), advance your career, and become part of an amazing journey to bring new and breakthrough genetic medicine to patients worldwide.

The Bioanalytics team is responsible for performing cell and tissue-based biological experiments using a wide range of biochemical analysis methods (ELISA, qPCR, flow cytometry, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry etc.).


Your tasks:


  • Scientific supervision of immunologybased assays to support ETHRIS platform technology.
  • Independent planning, execution and data analysis of experiments including documentation according to the company's standards.
  • Planning, preparation, and execution of in vitro PK/PD studies for preclinical drug development.
  • Presentation of results in group internal and external meetings for interdisciplinary teams.
  • Working in crossfunctional teams with scientific supervision of coworkers and project expertise.
  • Identification of issues, opportunities, and improvements.
  • Responsibility for the support/maintenance of various laboratory devices and general laboratory tasks.

Your profile:


  • PhD chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutics, or closely related discipline with 3+ years' relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in immunology and histology
  • Deep understanding of molecular biologic techniques (e.g., flow cytometry, WB, IF, ELISA, qPCR) but also keen to establish and standardize new methods.
  • Experience in preclinical assay development.
  • Good skills in Office, statistic
- and image software.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in matrix teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English required, good command of German language desirable.
  • Proven problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
