Location: Regensburg, DE, 93055We are looking for an assistant (M/F/d) for the team of the product line CEC - Charging & Energy Controls in Regensburg.

Your new responsibilities:

Planning, coordination, organization and followup of internal and external meetings, workshops and conferences
Calendar maintenance for larger or special invitations
Handling of the entire ordering process within the functional area
Implementation of travel planning and travel expense accounting
Time management in SAP
Active participation and sharing of information in the MS Teams group
Networking and technical coordination with other Vitesco Technologies assistants (M/F/d)
Support for evaluations or creation of presentation templates mail processing
All kinds of administrative activities, e.g. management of access rights, visitor registration, relocation planning

Your profile:

Completed apprenticeship in the commercial field or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the mentioned field of activity
Knowledge of SAP R/3 an advantage
Fluent German and good English language skills written and spoken
Communication and team skills
High level of trustworthiness, reliability and care
Planning and organizational skills complete your profile
