You're an User Research &Usability Expert and want to join us to take the Robot Experience to the next level.

With the ability to understand customer requirements throughout different research and testing methods, you will help our experience team with valuable insights to create new innovative solutions.

You will continuously grow our user feedback loops & processes throughout different phases of the design process and build up an internal testing environment for our new robot experience.

You will join an interdisciplinary team of product management, market research, design and development. As an advocate of our users, you will ensure that our work matches their wants and needs.

Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative user research
Take insights into experience and product teams
Strengthen the testing set up and process within the projects
Conduct usability tests inhouse, remote and onsite
Run user tests throughout the whole Product Development Process
Analyze and evaluate UX concepts with latest usability methods
Present results of usability tests and derive suggestions for improvements
Advise other teams with derived insights and findings

Application Requirements:

You have a university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Human factor, Usability Engineering, Psychology, User Experience Design, Interaction Design or similar areas
You have experience within the field of User Research
You have a strong interest in HMI & Robotics
You are an expert in stateoftheart UX Research and usability methods
You have worked in an agile development setup
You have convincing presentation and communication skills
You are a team player and used to work collaboratively
You are fluent in English & German
