Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and execute solid marketing strategies and lead generation programs based on regional insights/top priorities /focus areas.
  • Collaboration with sales on regional business and marketing priorities. Identify drivers, focus, and growth areas for regional/global campaigns to maximize lead generation, responses, funnel generation, and order conversion.
  • Analysis of regional market & competitive insights on technology and industry trends to be integrated into regional and global plans.
  • Active contribution to global planning and execution, including new product introduction plan with an optimized marketing mix to reach the targeted segment.
  • Selection and design of digital and facetoface events aligned with campaign priorities and regional business opportunities. Creative marketing approach to provide total customer experience to maximize the impact of the investments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in persuasive communication including messaging and value proposition creation, customer presentations, and press relationships
  • Proficient in digital marketing, data analytics, and reporting
