We are looking for
Supply Chain Initiatives Coordinator (M/F/d) that will be responsible for all supply chain projects within
HGM (High Growth Markets, 27 countries) in our Hamburg location for the earliest possible date.


The owner of the role is responsible for supporting the execution of every new SKU listing and delisting and provide visibility of the process to the business.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Provides full visibility to all commercial activation plans including presenting progress in weekly/monthly cross functional meetings
  • Coordinate and track SKU initiatives (e.g. new artwork, promotions, and special packages)
  • Cooperates with European and local teams to improve the readiness and the visibility of the initiative processes (e.g. SKU2M KPIs, cross market/cluster alignment)
  • Power user of SKU2Market (SAP) and Sales Material Tool
  • Coordinates & verifies set up of data for new products / artworks in SAP and Sales Material Tool
  • Responsible for all Material Master data publication in GS1 and other local tools for data exchange with customers
  • Contributes to/ coordinates Material Master Data projects

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • University or comparable degree with focus on Supply Chain
  • Experience working for a multinational organization and collaborating with colleagues internationally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills related
  • 12 years project management skills with experience working with crossfunctional teams
  • Strong Microsoft skills (with advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate and analyze data as well as strong Power Point skills)
- good knowledge of SAP (especially Master Data maintenance).

  • Fluent English/German ( advantage)
