Join our dynamic team at LYNX as a
Financial
Product Specialist and take ownership of projects that impact the industry.

In this role, you'll play a significant part in refining the Product Governance Framework and translating it into actionable tactics and processes.

You'll be responsible for projects along the full Product Governance cycle, including the implementation of a new Product Approval process, Defining a Target Market & Distribution Strategy for LYNX as a distributor as well as the implementation of a product Monitoring and Review procedure.

You will maintain our product catalog and you will play a supporting role in new product and platform developments with regard to regulatory topics.

This includes amongst others the responsibility that the right products are marketed to the right customers.


This role is not to be confused with Software Product Manager or Product Owner. It requires deep knowledge of Financial Products.

What You'll Be Doing

  • As a member of the Financial Products team, you'll work closely with the Head of Financial Products to plan and manage our financial product offering across 10 countries, including ETFs, Structured Products, Options, and Futures.
  • You'll take endtoend ownership of projects, including new product introductions and rollouts, and analyze customer needs and derive recommendations for action.
  • You'll work with relevant stakeholders to ensure a compliant offering of multiple asset classes to our clients, managing market data and relationships with issuers, trading venues and market data providers.
  • You ́ll ensure training on financial instruments for internal staff as well prospects and clients. This may include content creation and holding training.
  • You'll support marketing campaigns and you will distribute them through digital and inperson distribution channels, including public speaking at events for retail clients, and content for our website and social media.
  • You take on the responsibility for publications, press inquiries and test results on financial products and the support of product and trading partners.

About You

  • Excellent knowledge of financial products, both theoretical and practical,
  • Experience in product governance and in the implementation of new product processes
  • You have Profound knowledge of capital markets and their regulatory environment
  • You know how to read out the data fields of the EMT template
  • You have excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted toward your audience software engineer, stakeholder or executive,
  • You are an autonomous project manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail, the ability to manage priorities and deliver projects on time in a demanding, fastpaced environment,
  • You don't shy away from having endtoend responsibility, meaning you own the outcome, not just deliver output,
  • You bring a good balance of creativity and strong analytical skills, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions. You take a datainformed approach to back your concepts with insights, proof and reasoning that are in line with our business objectives,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and German.
  • CFA, CAIA, CIIA, ESG qualifications or similar is a plus
  • You have at least 5 years of experience at Trading Venues, Issuers or Brokerage companies
