We have an exciting opportunity for you as:

Intern (M/F/d) Customer Experience
For our Customer Experience Department, we are looking for you to become part of our dynamic team at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany

>> Minimum of 6 months starting from January 2024 (or later) with possible extension to 12 months

Kia Europe is, together with its sister brand Hyundai, the fifth-largest automotive company in the world.

Since its foundation in 1944, Kia Europe has been a significant player in the booming automotive industry, not only in South Korea but worldwide.

Kia Europe is the Regional Headquarters of Kia and centrally leads the Sales Marketing activities for 14 European sales subsidiaries and coordinates the activities of our production facility in Zilina, Slovakia.

Kia employs about 5,500 persons in Europe, including about 3,500 blue collar workers in our state of the art car plant in Slovakia.

We sell just over 500,000 vehicles and produce about 300,000 vehicles for worldwide distribution every year.

The requirements:

Please note, for your internship at Kia Europe you need to be
enrolled during the whole period. Furthermore you need
a valid visa and an
unrestricted permit to work in Germany.

We recommend completing a minimum of six month with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with the Customer Experience area.

We aim to offer our interns an extension of the time in order benefit from a broach and rich development experience.


Your mission:


  • Organising and coordinating activities for internal CX meetings, presentations and workshops conferences
  • Various activities as part of the Customer Experience project management activities including collecting and coordinating information from departments, bimonthly CX Committee and CX-IT Board Meetings
  • Analysing insights, research and/or data and consolidating results and reports for management.
  • Handson support with meetings, presentations and onboarding sessions
  • Supporting the team in managing projects, timelines and costs proposals
  • Providing creative inputs, ideas and fresh (challenging) observations to strategy building and the customer experience strategy development and implementation
  • Proposing new ideas on how to improve or evaluate existing customer journeys and support with related tasks
  • Desk research in the fields of tech, mobility, customer experience, sustainability, charging, digital trends and automotive in general
  • Supporting the wider team on adhoc administrative tasks, best practices, market trends, competitor research, benchmarking, and innovative initiatives.
  • Allow time for selfstudy and reflection: understanding the mobility business.

Your talents:


  • Bachelor or Master student in the field of in Business Management, Economics, or Science Studies
  • Team player who is curious, proactive, reliable, and has actiondriven working approach
  • Digitallysavvy, at ease with diverse online tools and platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an open approach to different nationalities and cultures
  • Ability to manage time and different stakeholders efficiently
  • Analytical and detailed oriented
  • Interest in areas of Customer Experience, Mobility, Electrification, Digital and/or Tech
  • Excellent command on MS Office tools
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional European languages are a plus
  • Selfdriven and resilient in pursuing challenging tasks
  • Strong skills in project management/collaboration organization
  • Outstanding communications skills
