    Position Description:

    Unser Team entwickelt innovative IT-Lösungen für namhafte Kunden aus der Fertigungs- und Luftfahrt Industrie in Hamburg und Schleswig-Holstein. SAP basierte Systeme sind elementarer Bestandteil unseres Beratungsportfolios. Unser bestehendes SAP Team in Hamburg sucht dich als Verstärkung für die strategische Ausrichtung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung. Du berätst unsere Bestandskunden auf ihrem Weg der digitalen Transformation zu innovativen Lösungen, wie beispielsweise S/4HANA oder anderer moderner Architekturen. Durch deine Expertise und langjährige Erfahrung als Berater unterstützt du deine Kollegen und hebst unsere SAP Expertise gemeinsam auf das nächste Level. Du nutzt deinen Gestaltungsspielraum für den nachhaltigen Ausbau des gesamten Teams.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    Gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen aus der Führungsmannschaft übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

    • Mitarbeit an der strategischen Ausrichtung des gesamten Teams

    • Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsportfolios

    • Betreuung unserer Bestandkunden und Gewinnung von Neukunden

    • Angebotserstellung

    • Solution Design

    • Projektsteuerung

    • Unterstützung unserer Recruiter durch die fachliche Bewertung von Bewerbern

    • Fachliche Planung von Teamweiterbildungen

    • Vorbereitung von Marketing Aktionen

    • Austausch mit anderen SAP Teams innerhalb der CGI (national und international)

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:


    • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP Consultant

    • Überblick über das SAP Gesamtportfolio und die SAP Produktlandschaft

    • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Kollegen

    • Kompetenz bei der Gewinnung und Umsetzung von SAP Projekten

    • Professionelles Verhalten im Team und vor Kunden

    • Präsentationsniveau auf Führungsebene

    • Erfahrungen in der Migration von ECC6.0 auf S/4HANA

    • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

    • Lust auf ein engagiertes und kollegiales Team

    • Einen Teil deines Bruttogehalts kannst du in CGI-Aktien investieren – bis maximal 3 % des Monatsgehalts geben wir für jeden Euro einen weiteren hinzu.
