You will join our team in Hamburg being responsible to deploy project management services for Customer Services in Airbus.

Our challenging project environments are at the crossroads between developing engineering solutions, providing turnkey aircraft cabin upgrades and just-in-time management of the materials operations in the world-wide after sales market.

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

You structure and deploy project management processes, methods and tools
You support the governance of the project
You organize, prepare and followup steering meetings
You set up and track maturity gates
You assess risks and plan respective mitigation actions
You continuously improve the ways of working e.g. by facilitating workshops

Your boarding pass

Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business and Project Management
First experience in Project Management at university, school or during an internship
Project management skills in waterfall methodology
Experience with PM tools like JIRA and Qlik Sense is a plus
Knowledge in agile methodology is a plus
Knowledge in digital tools is a plus
Experience in Data Analytics or Data Science is a plus

Your language skills

English at negotiation level
German negotiation or advanced level
French is a plus

Your soft skills

Good communication and negotiation skills (stakeholders' management)
Capability to adapt, to be proactive, to take initiatives
Flexible to work autonomously and to collaborate with a team
Values: collaboration, trust and respect

Business travels

This position involves a willingness to travel on a irregular basis times/year) within Europe.
