For their subsidiary in the Frankfurt region, we are in search of a dedicated Operations Coordinator for the Sales and Logistics department.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Manage the entire order process from the point of order receipt to the finalization of payment
Monitor and report on inventory levels, carry out stock checks, and generate inventory reports
Engage professionally with customers, freight forwarders, and tax consultants across Germany and Europe, ensuring topnotch negotiation and communication
Conduct weekly sales performance analysis and create detailed sales reports
Develop accurate sales and demand forecasts, keeping to monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines
Perform additional functions to support the sales department where necessary

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Completed formal education in international trade, whether through vocational training or a university degree.
Professional background in international trade or accounting, with applicable work experience.
Fluent in English and Japanese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in German is advantageous.
A selfmotivated individual with a knack for problemsolving and an independent, proactive approach to work.
Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Openness to business travel, 23 times per year, to engage with global partners.
