Capacity:40 h/week

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible for the entire implementation and execution of the talent strategy
Together with the management you will align on priorities and focus positions
You will drive the direct search process and own the entire talent acquisition side
You will empower the management and hiring managers to build their teams by defining lean processes and unlocking & scaling the incoming pool of talents
Support in special projects like team events, employee wellbeing and employee training
Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the company's business objectives and culture
Managing the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
Working closely with other departments and teams to ensure that HR strategies align with the overall business goals of the organization

Your Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant professional experience in People/HR/Talent roles, ideally in a startup environment preferably during a scaleup phase, e.g people.
Academic degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management or similar
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written (German language is a plus)
Experience with Personio/Greenhouse or other recruiting tools
Wellorganized and good at keeping deadlines
Growth mindset with high level of flexibility
Warmhearted and team building personality
Ability to motivate, empower
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
