For 7 years we have been launching online courses that help our clients develop their careers and grow their business.

We trained more than 110 thousand students. Nowadays we have already started winning the international market.

Recently we launched our project in Germany and it is rapidly developing.

We gathered together an exciting Production Team, which is producing our courses, but without a strong team of Sales Representatives we cannot take off.

That's why we are looking for a
Sales Team Lead, who will help draw up an effective sales strategy and lead a remote team of sales representatives at Laba Germany.

Requirements:

- has experience in B2C and telephone sales
-
native German speaker, knows English at B2+ level to communicate with the international team and exchange experience
- is an ambitious leader with the skills of team management
- can make decisions on time and be responsible for them
- can evaluate the work of the team and provide explicit feedback


Your tasks will be as follows:

• hire sales representatives and accommodate newbies who will perform by 120%

- train and motivate a team to continuously improve sales results
- draw up a sales plan and communicate it to each member of the team
- work out and optimize processes in the Sales Department
- arrange the working process using CRM-system and IP telephony
- hold meetings with lecturers and producers in order to learn more about the course and understand what "hurts" the clients
- draw up working scripts
