2023 Human Resources Off Cycle Internship (Frankfurt) Department Profile
Human Resources provides support and strategy at every level of Morgan Stanley's business. The division helps firm and business unit management with strategic direction in employee recruiting, retention, development, and compensation, ensuring compliance with the local laws and regulations. HR Business Partners provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of HR related topics, such as compensation, performance management and employee relations.
Job brief
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our Frankfurt HR department's daily activities.
Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.

Your Profile

Enrolled in a Bachelor's / Master's degree (business or humanities) or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes
First experience in the HR department of a bank, in industry or consulting is an advantage
Good analytical skills and independent working style
Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
Curiosity, determination, and ability to work in a team
Strong communication skills in English and German
