About BEAT81:

BEAT81 is a fitness technology startup revolutionizing the way people get fit. By merging the very best of HIIT group training, heart rate technology and expert coaching we are empowering people around Europe, and soon the world, to Sweat Smarter Together


About the Role:

Munich was launched by the BEAT81 expansion team in the summer of 2021 and has grown rapidly since then. We now operate 10+ locations all across Munich, among them several Indoor Cycling studios and indoor HIIT studios.

We are looking for a City Lead who will lead the operations and team in Munich and revolutionize the local fitness scene.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee our operations in Munich and ensure the highest customer experience, trainer performance, quality of studios and overall workout experience
  • Manage and grow our local city team consisting of 4+ FTE's, 70+ Coaches and 30 FOH employees
  • Improve cost and operations KPI's for our operations in Munich and identify ways to operate more efficiently

Your Profile:


Must have:


  • Fluent in English (min. C1)
  • At least B1 German, native level preferred
  • 25 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a highgrowth startup with an offline product and working in (local) operations.
  • Autonomous selfstarter with strong organizational skills and a handson mentality
  • Strong people management skills and first leadership experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong customerfocused mindset with a passion for helping others
