Your tasks:

Develop and support the implementation of a data governance organization and corresponding processes e.g., for decisionmaking and dataissue escalation.
Develop concepts, definitions, operationalization and processes for data governance across the group.
Develop and scale endtoend data governance for and across the main digital and data programs groupwide
Comanage constantly growing Data Governance bodies and coordinate dedicated task forces and working groups with business units.
Further develop the central Data Governance Framework, including definition, formalization and rollout of roles and corresponding responsibilities.
Advise for groupwide data strategy implementation and operationalization.
Actively guide independent business units to build their own data governance organizations, roadmaps and orchestrating the operationalization of business segment specific data strategies.
Consult regarding upskilling and knowledge sharing on data governance, management terms and concepts across the group.
Lead the definition, alignment, and operationalization of substrategies for the data management & governance function.
Maintain working knowledge of compliance requirements towards data and its management processes.
Collect industrywide trends on how data is leveraged for competitive advantage and identify datadriven innovation opportunities.
Contribute to the definition of the Digital, Data and Technology learning agendas and support the development of relevant data strategy content for training and communication purposes.

Your qualification:

Bachelor / Master's degree in Economics, Digital Business, Business Administration, Computer Science, Governmental Regulations, Information Management or equivalent profession.
Several years of experience in Data Governance and Management functions.
Several years of extensive working experience in international management of largescale data enablement and transformation projects in a regulated and fast changing industry.
Excellent understanding of the datamanagement, governance, strategy & architecture disciplines, as well as its combinations.
Proven track record in operationalization of datadriven or digital strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement and system design.
Good understanding of digital services and platforms and their impact on data opportunities and risks, as well as relevant trends.
Strong consulting, facilitation and communication skills in both business and technology, including the ability to simplify complex data concepts and distill them into core insights, ideas and recommendations towards management levels and across different cultures and countries.
Ability to understand and link legal obligations into organizational and technical implications and vice versa.
