Bench Chemist in Chemical Process Development (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You develop independently innovative chemical process development ideas to optimize synthetic routes, as well as design and manage collaborative projects
- You take responsibility for the effective planning, execution, and evaluation of experiments with the aim of developing costefficient, sustainable, and safe processes
- You ensure the adequate recording and management of intellectual property, including complete documentation of results
- You uphold the highest safety standards and ensure full compliance within your area of responsibility, including the assessment and evaluation of all potential risks
- You collaborate with colleagues both within and outside your function, as well as with third parties
- You participate in the development of new tools, approaches, and concepts for process research and chemical process development
- You stay uptodate with the latest literature and new technologies in relevant fields
WHO YOU ARE
- You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on organic chemistry (preferably a PhD), with previous industrial experience being a plus
- You have good organizational and leadership skills, along with experience independently planning and executing projects
- You possess excellent communication and team player skills, with a willingness to develop collaborative working relationships across different locations
- You enjoy and bring strong problemsolving skills and the ability to structure and simplify complex tasks
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English
