As
Training Intern, you will have the opportunity to discover the "Christian Dior Couture Retail World" in our Head Office, based in Munich.

You are available for
at least 6 months and be able to work full time (40 hours per week). The beauty of this internship is the complexity of 3 different Countries (Germany, Austria & Switzerland). You assist the Retail Trainer in the development of retail teams' skills, motivation, performance, and the blended learning strategy.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting in update, managing, and deploying the training tools
Participating in the collection of training needs from stores and trainer
Managing registrations for training sessions and supporting organizing these events
Participating in the development of innovative animations to support launches and enrich training sessions (on & offline)
Establishing and analyzing the monthly reporting of retail training activities in our region

Profile:

At least in the 3. Semester in Business School or University cycle
First experience in sales or training in the field of luxury or similar field
Very creative, strong organizational and excellent communication skills
Very good knowledge in MS Office and ability to work in a fast paced and luxury environment
Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
