What you can expect:

Disciplinary and technical management of the Corporate Strategy department.
Developing and continuously refining the vision / mission and ambition of the company and a differentiated corporate strategy and quantifying these in a business plan in collaboration with key interfaces such as Controlling.
Ensuring that the insights gained (best practices, competitive insights, consumer insights, innovation) are taken into account in relevant decision points within and outside the department.
Sparring partner for teams and managers from different areas of the company on strategic issues.
Coordination and preparation of Management Board presentations with high visibility (broad audience, Supervisory Board, investors, press,...) including management of interfaces to e.g. Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, if required.
Management of selected strategic projects that contribute to the corporate strategy and help to implement the strategy.
Management of the companywide project portfolio and creation of transparency and decisionmaking with regard to the project portfolio for the implementation of the corporate strategy (e.g. assessment of value contribution, dependencies, prioritization, resource allocation and investment requirements).
Sparring partner for project teams as well as specialists and managers from different areas of the company and managing coordination processes between decisionmakers in project and portfolio decisions. Providing operational support to the Group Strategy & Corporate Development division, e.g. by sparring with the entire leadership team and supporting the SVP Group Strategy & Corporate Developments in the preparation of key presentations.

Your profile:

Experience in strategy development and project management within and/or outside the company (810 years)
Experience and networking in the apparel, luxury goods and other consumer goods industries or in retail
Management experience at department head level in an international environment
Experience in communication and presentation across all hierarchy levels up to the board level
Strong affinity for digitalization topics
Curiosity, openness, willingness to learn
Strong entrepreneurial view of HUGO BOSS, willingness to change and shape the company
