What you'll learn & achieve:

Project follow up, incl. prepare & support financial management for big, fixprice or ticketbased projects
Prepare data & support month end closing for all projects
Prepare data for quality assurance for all projects
Followup of quality assurance for all projects
Support of stakeholders in the planning and tracking of projects
Developing and implementing project control
Maintaining an overall view of all projects
Support staffing for ticketprojects
Freelancer Management
Prepare monthly management reporting

What makes you a great fit:

University degree (BSc) in Economics or comparable education
3+ years of experience in the commercial field or in PMO
Experience in (financial) controlling and knowledge of project management standards and quality assurance of projects
Attention to details and problemsolving skills
Knowledge of project management, proficient use of project management tools and MS office
Analytical and strategic thinking as well as ability to summarize and present results to stakeholders
Good written and oral communication skills (German and English)
