    AUFGABEN

    Als Teil des xarvio Digital Farming Teams tragen Sie aktiv zur Entwicklung von xarvio Healthy Fields bei, einer integrierten Pflanzenschutzlösung, die den Einsatz von Betriebsmitteln auf jedem Feld optimiert und den Landwirten garantiert wertvolle Ergebnisse verkauft.

    • Sie akquirieren und betreuen neue sowie bestehende Kunden für unser neues digitales ergebnisbasiertes Produkt und implementieren, entwickeln sowie treiben lokale Go-to-Market-Strategien voran.
    • Um die Vertriebsleistung zu maximieren, sind Sie für die Initiierung, den Aufbau und das Management regionaler Partnerschaften verantwortlich.
    • Sie erfassen die Bedürfnisse von Landwirten, Lohnunternehmern sowie Vertriebspartnern, um neue Produktentwicklungen zu unterstützen.
    • Darüber hinaus organisieren und managen Sie Verkaufsevents, Produkteinführungen sowie die Unterstützung im Saisonbetrieb.
    • Nicht zuletzt sind Sie verantwortlich für einen erfolgreichen Verkaufsprozess von der Qualifizierung, Beratung sowie Koordination bis hin zur Zielerreichung und dem Vertragsabschluss.

    QUALIFIKATIONEN

    • abgeschlossenes Studium der Agrarwissenschaften, Landwirtschaft, Pflanzenproduktionstechnik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Vertrieb
    • Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von landwirtschaftlichen Produkten und/ oder digitalen Softwarelösungen
    • Erfahrung im Business Development oder Consulting sowie Affinität zur IT
    • grundlegende Kenntnisse des landwirtschaftlichen Sektors und echtes Interesse an Precision Farming
    • fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
