Global Lean/Agile Expert (f/m/d)

to join our team.

- to high-voltage motors, geared motors, medium-voltage converters and motor spindles. Headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany, our company will employ ~ 14,000 employees worldwide and operate in almost 50 countries.

The role.


As our new expert, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Lean/Agile methodologies and tools in CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SCM (Supply Chain Management) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).

You will support us in the implementation of Lean principles and projects along the entire value chain (E2E), contributing to the improvement of processes and systems in our four factories worldwide.


  • You will be responsible for the development and implementation of Lean/Agile methodologies and tools.
  • To do this, you will work closely with our global teams and managers.
  • It is also very important for us, that you foster the cooperation with our customers and suppliers.
  • You are responsible for the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies.
  • You will independently conduct workshops (Kaizen, CIP, SMED, etc.), develop and conduct training courses and take on the coaching of teams and managers.
  • You ensure that our plants are enabled to use lean methods, for example store floor management, coaching of CIP/KATA projects or value stream analyses/designs, and take over the monitoring.

Your profile.

  • You have a degree in engineering, business administration or similar.
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in the implementation of Lean/Agile methods and tools across the entire value chain.
  • You bring experience in working with customers and suppliers and developing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills as well as team and leadership skills are your strengths.
  • Fluency in German and English, complemented by the willingness to travel worldwide, completes your profile.
