- Supporting the CISO and Information Security Officers in daily tasks, initiatives, and projects related to IT/cybersecurity, especially in the operation and enhancement of the global ISMS
- Acting as the primary contact for information and IT security inquiries from international units, regulators, business partners, and auditors to assist the team
- Coordinating and organizing inquiries in your area, finding solutions, and handling results independently
- Working closely with the CISO and ISO team to support them
- Participating actively in internal control testing
- Maintaining evidence inventory as part of the ISMS
- Taking over subject areas post-coordination and familiarization
- Degree in (business) informatics or relevant professional experience in information security, risk, and compliance
- Prior knowledge in various relevant topics like ISO27001, NIST, ITIL, etc.
- Proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Strong presentation and communication skills at all levels
- Analytical thinking with a focus on results
