The role:

As a cornerstone for the further growth and scaling of XEMPUS, we are looking for a Vice President People & Organisation.

In this role you will be responsible for the following topics:

Join our Senior Leadership team and establish a reliable partnership with key stakeholders and the People & Organisation team
Navigate Xempus through continuous growth, permanent change and business integration phases
Develop a longterm People strategy based on the business strategy
Mature the People function and the organisation professionally and implement processes and procedures which are scalable in a growing organisation
Setup teams for success and support Xempus reaching the next level of internationalising the business
Drive culture and change as well as people engagement and integration in the organisation
Supervise the design and regular review of highly effective retention measures, talent management and succession planning procedures
Coach C-Level and People Leads in leadership matters
Run highly sensitive employee relation cases
Lead the amazing Xempus People team: Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Organisational Development and Office Management
Own and manage the People & Organisation team's quarterly KPIs/OKRs and budget

What we are looking for:

Mergers & Acquisitions incl. Post-Merger Integration experience in an international context
European/International Human Resources/People & Culture services and the HR-Business Partner model
Strong leadership skills and development of employees
Proven success in scaling an organization from 200 employees upwards
Excellent project and stakeholder management with good communication and influencing skills
Migration and system implementation experience
Solid knowledge in German labour and social law; legal/business/finance education is an advantage
Fluency in German and English language
