What You'll Do:

As a
Digital Project Leader, you will be in charge of managing digital project teams that design and develop innovative software
- and technology-driven business strategies for client corporations. You advise clients across diverse industries and settings on key strategic business issues, producing leading-edge business models, and addressing specific problems and opportunities to help them digitize their businesses for example by means of Big Data, AI, Agile Methodologies, Cloud Solutions, IoT and the design of digital products and platforms to name just a few.

You will guide diverse teams of consulting talents and help them to flourish through thought leadership, team mentoring and business development.

You will be a point of reference for our clients who will seek your advice on business issues that extend beyond the immediate scope of your project work.

You will also

Lead the daytoday execution of consulting projects, ensuring the successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement
Act as a key topic content lead for proposals or other business development activities;
Develop, manage and maintain client relationships
Provide apprenticeship and coaching to junior consultants to help them develop their consulting skills, including sharing knowledge and experience, giving frequent feedback and creating opportunities for team members to learn and grow
Contribute to the development of intellectual property within your Practice Area of reference, including improving methodologies, tools, techniques and developing new ideas and approaches
Define client needs or challenges and direct and supervise research activities to obtain relevant data
Execute strategic due diligence, product development studies and the development of change management plans
Prepare and present oral and written reports of case team findings to client management

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications):

You would typically have:

8+ years of experience within a leading strategy consulting firm (focused on technology/digital initiatives), potentially combined with experience from a tech/ IT or digital strategy role in the industry, or a tech startup leadership role
Relevant experience related to digital/IT strategy projects, commercial growth initiatives, cost optimization efforts, and digital/IT transformations
Experience in leading teams and managing projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to synthesize the team's work into recommendations presented to clients, and deliver oral and written reports to the client management
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
The proven ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, and provide support and guidance to teams and colleagues, owning the responsibility of project work
A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow the business
Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel according to business needs;
An outstanding academic track record from a leading university
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, in addition to strong presence, team spirit and leadership skills
