Job Description:


We are looking for a Scrum Master (all genders) to join our Scrum Master Center of Excellence in the R&D department.

Support our development teams by using agile methods, such as Scrum, to improve software development processes around the deployment of our TeamViewer products.

The position offers excellent opportunity to make an impact, connect people and enable them to work together in a focused and smooth way in an agile, modern environment supported by a great team of Scrum Master colleagues.


  • Accompany one or more interdisciplinary teams to establish and optimize their agile processes in Scrum and ensure their success and effectiveness to create highvalue Increments.
  • Enable the development teams to work efficient, be selforganized, plan sprints and to commit to their sprint goal.
  • Coach team members in selfmanagement and crossfunctionality
  • Help the Product Owner by finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
  • Establish and analyze metrics and processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement, identify root causes of impediments, and assist in resolving them.
  • Build trusting relationships with other teams, be an inspirational leader, work closely with other colleagues in the organization to drive improvements in collaboration, processes and knowledge sharing.
  • Use your conflict resolution skills to solve issues within and outside of the team and assist conflicting parties.
  • Act as a role model to spread our company values and promote an agile mindset.
  • Ensure the success of meetings by facilitating and moderating them so that they are positive and productive.
  • Bring in expertise on other agile concepts (Scaled Agile, Kanban, Lean, Continuous Integration/Delivery, etc.) to complement Scrum methodologies as needed and help your teams incorporate agile into their daily work and collaboration with other teams.

Qualifications:


  • Professional experience in an agile environment. Certification as Scrum Master is a plus (Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master).
  • Background in working with agile methods (e.g. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Competitive Engineering, Management 3.0 etc.).
  • Experience in creating transparency and solving problems across hierarchical boundaries, combined with ability to build trust.
  • Ability to adopt an open approach to your colleagues while respecting the opinions of others and seeking out straightforward solutions.
  • Good analytical and conceptional skills, complemented by solid communication, moderation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Having worked with multiple teams and topics in parallel, remotely and onsite is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus.
