Your job

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Collaborate in transition projects and in the further development of the service in general
Create and maintain procedures for existing processes and documentation around knowledge management, compliance regulations and vulnerability remediation

Your profile

University degree preferably in computer science or related field
Several years of experience in delivering results in a fast paced, global and regulated business environment
Sound IT software support experience. Awareness of cloud infrastructure is a plus, as is a quality and result orientation
Preferably, you are already ITIL certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support
Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
Fluent spoken and written English and German
Understanding of cash management processes and knowledge of FIS Payment Hub is a plus
