Your job

  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Collaborate in transition projects and in the further development of the service in general
  • Create and maintain procedures for existing processes and documentation around knowledge management, compliance regulations and vulnerability remediation

Your profile

  • University degree preferably in computer science or related field
  • Several years of experience in delivering results in a fast paced, global and regulated business environment
  • Sound IT software support experience. Awareness of cloud infrastructure is a plus, as is a quality and result orientation
  • Preferably, you are already ITIL certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support
  • Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German
  • Understanding of cash management processes and knowledge of FIS Payment Hub is a plus
