As a
Front of House Agent at Hotel Co 51, you are responsible for helping guests and creating positive experiences for them during their stay.

During your shift, you have multiple roles - from Front Desk Attendant to Bartender and Chef - and you perform a number of different tasks.

If you work at the front desk, you help guests check in and out at the reception.

You also promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program to guests, and manage the hotel room inventories, bills and payments according to the regulations.

Furthermore, you perform tasks at the bar or the Back of House. For example, you prepare various meals and beverages for the guests and serve them in a hospitable way.

In addition, you clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize the Back Of House areas:
parts of, for example, the restaurant that guests will not interact with or see during their dining experience.

To work safely, you always follow all food safety, licensing, health and safety policies, as well as the instructions and checks that you must follow and perform for certain activities.

Likewise, you always provide customer service and hospitality. By doing this, you ensure that the hotel is well maintained and a welcoming place for guests.

During the shift, you usually work with three to five other Front of House Agents and your supervisor, the Front Office Supervisor/Shiftleader.

For this position it is mandatory to have an eligible visa to work full-time in Germany: we do not sponsor visas for this role.

What is required?

Experience in hospitality is a plus
Good knowledge of customer relations
Willing to perform various hospitality related tasks
Good command of the German and English language

Als
Front of House Mitarbeiter** bei Hotel Co 51 bist Du dafür verantwortlich, den Gästen zu helfen und ihren Aufenthalt positiv zu gestalten.

Während deiner Schicht hast Du mehrere Rollen
- vom Rezeptionisten über den Barkeeper bis hin zur Essensvorbereitung
- und übernimmst eine Reihe von unterschiedlichen Aufgaben.

Wenn Du an der Rezeption arbeitest, hilfst Du den Gästen beim Ein
- und Auschecken an der Rezeption. Außerdem wirbst Du bei den Gästen für die Marke Moxy und das Marriott-Bonvoy

Treueprogramm und verwaltest den Bestand an Hotelzimmern, Rechnungen und Zahlungen gemäß den Vorschriften. Zudem übernimmst Du Aufgaben an der Bar oder im Back of House. Du bereitest zum Beispiel verschiedene Speisen und Getränke für die Gäste zu und bedienst sie auf eine gastfreundliche Art. Du hälst das Hotel sauber, füllst die Vorräte auf, nimmst Lieferungen entgegen und organisierst die Back of
House-Bereiche, d. h. die Teile des Restaurants, mit denen die Gäste während ihres Essens nicht in Berührung kommen oder die sie nicht sehen.

Du befolgst stets alle Richtlinien zur Lebensmittelsicherheit, zur Erteilung von Genehmigungen und zum Arbeitsschutz sowie die Anweisungen und Kontrollen, die du für bestimmte Tätigkeiten befolgen und durchführen musst.

Ebenso bist Du stets für den Kundenservice und die Gästezufriedenheit zuständig. Auf diese Weise sorgst Du dafür, dass das Hotel gut gepflegt ist und die Gäste willkommen heißt.

Während deiner Schicht arbeitest Du in der Regel mit drei bis fünf (je nach Größe des Hotels) anderen Front of House Mitarbeitern und Ihrem Vorgesetzten, dem Front Office Supervisor/Shiftleader, zusammen.
