The site of Bietigheim Bissingen in Germany is focused on Comfort and Driving Assistance. Our department is looking for a
VIE in Human Resources for 18 months, within the Human Resources team.

Your challenges?- You give support coach executive and non-executive leaders across the globe on HR related topics.- You contribute to driving the Product Group HR Efficiency by closely cooperating with all the sites by ensuring and monitoring the operational results of the site : you are the HR representative for all internal stakeholders- You take care of people & organization development : you coach managers on Talent development tools and processes- You participate and lead various change management projects related to Employer Attractiveness, Retention, Organizational changes- You support the recruitment process of the senior management positions as well as their onboarding.

- You participate in co-designing, optimization and implementation of HR processes- You coordinate and drive various internal communication actions, employee survey conduction and follow up- You work on personal administration & data management

Let's talk about you- You have graduated from a Master/Business School degree in Human Resources- You already preferably have experience in working in a business environment, Human Resources is an added advantage- You have a fluent level of English.

German is an added advantage- You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking- You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
