For our Headquarter located in Neuss (close to Düsseldorf) we are currently looking for a new colleague to support our International Distribution Division as a:Pre-Sales Support Employee (M/F/d).
Aufgaben
main responsibilities:
- Supporting the dealer channel & direct sales in sales meetings and presentations relating to the Toshiba software range
- e
- CONCEPT project support for customer analysis of digitised workflows
- Taking on and analysing customer issues and developing solution concepts that incorporate standard software, DMS, and customised programming (ITAMS)
- Carrying out requirement workshops with customers
- Analysing customers' IT landscapes, business processes, and requirements
- Defining software requests to verify the feasibility and/or creation of individual software modules by the Toshiba development department
- Recording customer projects including project documentation on the basis of individual IT requirements profiles
- Project planning and presentation of customerspecific software solutions for professional integration into the customer's IT environment
- Optimising business processes and the availability of information by means of digital files, workflowsupported approval processes, and automated invoice recognition and processing
Your requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in IT or an equivalent qualification with several years of experience in an IT environment
- Experience in software sales support (BtoB)
- Able to take on, systematise, and communicate complex issues
- Preferred: Professional experience of completing IT projects, ideally in the area of Document Management (DMS/ECM)
- Good communication and teamworking skills
- A professional appearance and good presentation capabilities
- Capable of thinking and acting in a way that puts the focus on sales, plus an independent, customerfocused, goaloriented approach to work
- Excellent English language skills
- German and French language skills are an asset
- High level of commitment and an ability to assert oneself
