The position is located at Karlsruhe, Germany but can also be home based within Europe with the necessity to travel from time to time.


Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
Inside sales

  • Create business development plan. Provide and achieve targets to grow the Service Business unit to maximize volume and profitability.
  • Promote and sell the LabScape Service Agreements, upgrades and other aftermarket products to all existing and new customers in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and growth of the Service Contract business for all product groups in BNS in the assigned sales territory
  • Develop existing and build new customer relationships ensuring Bruker is seen as a longterm business partner
  • Aid instrument sales by maintaining and developing effective, working customer relationships via valued service products.
  • Develop proposal for sales campaigns for specific service products and markets/customers and align campaigns with the Service, Marcom, and Product Management leadership before execution
  • Monitor changes or developments within the industry and report to management
  • Documentation of activities in our CRM program
Service administration

  • Provide administrative support to customers and field service team, such as responding to pricing inquiries, creating quotations, processing purchase orders, invoicing, maintaining customer data base, issuing RMA.
  • Support the receiving and shipping of packages, by preparing the required documents and explaining the requirements to customers and internal team
  • Phone support for customer
  • Interact with Finance team to ensure that billing and collections proceed in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned that are broadly in line with the above and key objectives.


Qualifikationen:

  • Tenacity and selfmotivation inspired by success, enthusiasm, drive, and initiative directed towards achieving positive outcomes
  • An outgoing and likeable personality with a high degree of personal integrity
  • Ability to collaborate with people at all levels
  • Previous inside sales experience
  • Order processing experience is preferred
  • Experience with SAP or other CRM system
  • Computer literacy for document, presentation preparation and report writing
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) in either German or French, as well as in English
