- Du fertigst interaktive, digitale Lerninhalte in unterschiedlichen Formaten an (Blended Learning, Webbased Trainings, Erklärvideos, Video-Tutorials)
- Außerdem kümmerst Du Dich um die kreative Gestaltung mit Hilfe der gängigen Grafiktools
- Zukunftsweisende Lerninhalte werden von Dir implementiert
- Du bist auch verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Impulsen und Zusammenfassungen von Präsenzschulungen
- In Deiner Position fungierst Du als direkter Kontakt zu den Fachabteilungen und erarbeitest Lernbedürfnisse
- Die Weiterentwicklung von LMS und LXP-Plattformen fällt auch in Deinen Aufgabenbereich
- Du überzeugst uns mit einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung oder Studium in den Bereichen Grafikdesign, Mediengestaltung, Medieninformatik oder Mediendidaktik
- Deine Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Erstellung von digitalen Lernangeboten, sowie didaktische und medienpädagogische Kenntnisse, konntest Du in der Vergangenheit bereits erfolgreich einsetzen
- Idealerweise bringst Du erstes Know-How über aktuelle Trends im E-Learning, sowie Erfahrung mit Methoden und innovativen Lerntechnologien mit
- Mit Deiner Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache kannst Du bei uns punkten
- Als teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, voller Kreativität und Leidenschaft fürs Design sowie einer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise, bist Du bei uns an der richtigen Stelle
