Responsibilities

  • Working with our VIP customers;
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints providing the best customer experience;
  • Investigate complaints, troubleshoot issues and identify trending problems;
  • Report bugs to the technical team.

Requirements:


  • German (C2) and English (B2) are mandatory;
  • 3+ years of relevant lead experience working as customer success / VIP customer support;
  • Understanding of basic unit economics like retention/ltv.
