Main Responsibilities:


Regional Lead Generation & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive new opportunities across the region
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.

Sales Performance:


  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve targets and meet sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the country sales team and track progress towards goals.

Sales Automation:


  • Implement and manage sales automation tools to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of sales automation technologies and best practices.

Sales Excellence:


  • Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain sales processes and best practices to ensure consistent and effective execution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the sales cycle and improve customer experience.

Salesforce Product & Compliance:


  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure product development and sales strategies align with Salesforce product offerings.
  • Stay uptodate with Salesforce product updates and industry trends to ensure competitive advantage.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
  • Experience managing and leading diverse teams
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, including pipeline management, lead generation, and deal closing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisionmaking and drive results.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in one or more European languages a plus
