WangRamirez is the artistic dance duet of the choreographers Honji Wang and Sébastien Ramirez. Having their foundation in Hip Hop, WangRamirez established their dance company, Wang Ramirez, in 2010 in France.

The company's unique choreographic language, full of technical virtuosity, poetry and humor has been recognized with many international awards such as the Bessie award.

Tasks


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the strategic execution of the organization's vision and ideas, translating them into actionable plans and tangible outcomes.
• Support the realization of the organization's goals by efficiently managing resources and implementing innovative strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities, establish partnerships, and secure funding to support the vision.
• Coordinate and oversee various aspects of the business, including production, marketing, and artistic direction, ensuring smooth execution.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the organization's vision.
• Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, optimizing financial resources for desired outcomes.
• Collaborate in turning artistic visions into reality, maintaining a high standard of execution and quality in all projects.
• Aid in promoting the organization's artistic potential, expanding its reach to diverse audiences and markets.
• Support communication and marketing efforts to effectively export and market the organization's unique artistic imprint.
• Contribute to the continuous development and expansion of the organization's activities and structure.

Requirements:


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated track record of successfully executing visionary ideas and projects.
• Proven expertise in business development, fundraising, finance, and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership skills, inspiring teams and fostering innovation and excellence.
• Extensive network and experience within the events and cultural sector, enabling growth and partnerships.
• Ability to represent, develop, and market artists with an eye for talent.
• Strategic and analytical thinker, adept at problemsolving and adapting plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French (if required).
• Selfmotivated and adaptable to changing circumstances.
